Guys this is our Free healthy eating and life style group. Not quite sure what we are doing with this entity but of we can empower women, mothers and families to eat healthy without the burden of membership fees we will try out best.

Let me know how you want to run it ! I need moderators who are willing to post and empower other mothers and families to be healthy or love fitness and health them selves. You are welcome to post your weight journey or your own journeys .

We can also keep written ledgers in the shops of weights and bmi if that would help people too? And you can weigh for free ( I would suggest measuring as well as weighing) . Confidentiality wise it would a ledger that myself or unit managers would write in and let you know how you are doing and would be kept in the unit and not shown to other service users etc, bit like a sliming club.
