So...
The coggs have been turning in my head again 🕸🕸🕸 and other companies that rip people off are these national 'slimming groups'. You know I don't like it when people are being ripped off.
Last year after my procedure to block the arteries of the tumor growing I lost 4 and half stone without even trying, living on McDonald's, bread and take aways and ice cream and pepsi . I'm not a very big healthy eater.
A lot of mums and families will be starting weight watchers and slimmers world (if they can afford it ), which is expensive way to be told you are fat and lazy and need motivation. Our mothers and families support each other really well and we could start a group (which is totally free), where you check in weekly and chart weight, exercise and tips and ideas and good, positive support from other mums and families in the same predicament. Let's be honest how difficult is it to be healthy and motivated during a global pandemic, several epidemics, world war and cost of living crisis 🤷♀️
I'm lucky I have a fella in my life who manages to motivate me to think about being healthy once in a while. And that support has a positive effect on my lifestyle, eating habits, mental health and motivation level.
