Just a reminder if you need help we can not go through 3rd parties. It has to be the person who needs the help. I need a letter of request with current name and address which items listed that is needed for our records. The letter can be dropped off to the either shop or our house, but I need written confirmation with a signature that this is what is needed for our records please. This will be kept on file. You may also let social services and the courts know that we are helping you then as I will give you a letter of confirmation. We need to do it this way since that awful charity in Risca didn't like it when we helped someone 🙄. But it is also good practice to keep a record anyway.
If you tag us to help in a status, write that we need written request too for the individual because we will ALWAYS help.
If you tag us for items that people are gifting can you also state that we need it dropped off to our house or either of the shops as we can not collect. We can do collections but there is a standard collection and delivery charge at the moment. We only have a car to deliver so we can't deliver big furniture at the moment guys.
