Give us a 17.6% payrise and I may consider returning to the wards but I am not working for £10.81 an hour to look after a ward of 20 plus critically ill people who could go into sepsis or myocardial infarction at any time with agency and skeleton staff around me and expect to take only 2x 20 minutes breaks in 12 hours.
