Can I remind volunteers not to phone me unless it's is an emergency, facebook and text as much as you like what ever time I'm not worried but we have at Least 100 volunteers out and about doing things and I need them to be able to get straight through to me in an emergency such as a car accident or first aid emergency. Remember we have volunteers out on the roads sometimes till 9pm at night with food collections. I am on call 24 hours a day with shop alarms, and usually 7am- 10pm with volunteers that are in shops, Food collections, allotments, litter picking, knitters, delivering to and from families, drop off points and back and forth nursing homes etc, I need volunteers to be able to ring me ASAP and get through ASAP in emergencies.
