Volunteers 🙋‍♀️ 🙋‍♂️ all my lovely Volunteers, drop off points and food fairies 🧚‍♀️ - I need to keep a data record of your full names and area you live so that when we set up our website and apply for grants I can say we have 100 plus dedicated volunteers- details will be kept on file and will only be available to my self and trustees and any official individuals that may request to see it, ie) Charity commission or Council officials -in accordance with confidentiality and data protection requirements. It will not be used for any other data purposes or available to the public.
If you are not OK with this can you let me know either by message or pop in to see me when you can . Many thanks to all our volunteers who work so hard for us and helping other families.

I will also check with the council about under 18s as a few have requested again to volunteers in the shops. My requirements are that I need written permission off parents to the hours and jobs they are happy for you to undertake and if they allow you to leave the premises, ie) lunch and parents have to pick you up and drop you off. But bear with me , I will double check the council requirements. Volunteers are welcome to bring their children but they must be supervised at all times. Many thanks :)
