This is illegal. Breast feeders are protected by law please ring 999 immediately if anyone bothers you while you are breast feeing anywhere. It is illegal under child protection law and the Equality Act. If you encounter any behaviour like this and tell the 999 operator that we are backing you to ring to ask for help off the police and they have a duty of care to protect you and the children under the child protection laws and the Equality Act.

It is illegal to take photos of breast feeding children as that is a protected characteristics. It is not against the law to take photos of children but it what you do with the photos that count. Sending them to other people is breach of the malicious communications act and child protection law
