Update: we have seen lilly lou today by her owners old house and we have fed her. I think another lady in the bungalows has been feeding her too according to the family. So what happened to the food they gave my neighbours ? If us and neighbours up the road have been feeding her and she's still emaciated? All you had to do was pick her up and brush and groom her but you have left her like this for over a month. Dan said when he stroked her and looked at her skin it felt alot better so fingers crossed. We will see if we can get some up date photos tomorrow. She needs to be looked after and no one is proactively doing it.
