Louise caused her own trouble by videoing her self kicking off outside the shop and abusing staff in front of her children. Getting her children to video her tic toks behaving erratically and harassing us. We can not prevent her being obsessed with us. If you are her friend speak to her before she gets herself sectioned her daughter taken off her. It's not just how she's behaved towards us . She has a history of harassing people and tenants in her housing association as other people came forward. Have a good hard look in the mirror before you critise us. If we leave Pontypool you will have 3 more deralict buildings and even less reasons for customers to come to Pontypool. I've had 15 sales already this morning and we are not even open to public. Do you think anyone else would want to come here to open a deralict shop after the way you lot have behaved? Really showing Pontypool Town up. We have spent 4 years here bragging up the town and getting families to visit from other areas and then you pathetic losers act like a bunch of animals - and you wonder why footfall has dropped. If I were other shop keepers I wouldn't let them in your shops - you don't know what they are videoing and reporting back to the trolls.
