🍼Blackwood 1st year - lovely guy actually paid for the murals and told the security guard to get off his back side and clean the mould in the toilet. Rambo was lovely - got a lot of time for him 🤝
🍼Little Risca - so far been a good landlord. Big
🍼Risca - good landlord until Tara Holloway kept harassing him over us and the son damaged the roof on purpose and council wanted it done ASAP due to asbestos. I could have fought my ground and won but I knew they were building warehouses by Sainsburys right by my house.
🍼Pontypool 1 first landlord was OK he sorted problems but only when the agency told him as they refused to pass anything on at first.
🍼Pontypool 2 /3 reasonable so far
🍼Brynmawr- lovely landlord but I couldn't get any one to run it for us and was gutted we had to leave.
🍼Donation centre landlords - have been very good with us 👍

👎Blackwood 2nd landlord - bad vibe of them - and then they were in the news paper being declined a morgue on the highstreet and then it came to light they own all the vape and barber shops from Caerphilly to Blackwood. Enough said. Whos in the property now - a money laundering clothes shop.
