Just for the record.

Landlords have never been denied access to the shops. And I have cctv footage and audio.

We have told them that we can move the stuff or cover it with less than 12 hours notice. Said on cctv.

Landlords have been sent videos and photos which I have also posted online.

Landlords have been in with work men and taken their own photos and videos. Again cctv footage is available as evidence.

No one has arranged any appointments or times with me to do any work. Probably have cctv footage of no one turning up to do work they haven't booked in.

Shops have been open 9am- 6pm minimum 7 days a week until the prohibition and I work nights because I have Autism and I don't sleep - other than being available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and being pretty laid back about where they chuck their tools or put their ladders I don't know what else I could have done to accommodating.

I have an email to say the work will be done but the rent will go up.

We have massively cleared the areas that need urgent attention months ago.

They have commented on the malicious group about us and are posting it online so they are fully aware of the state of the deterioration shop that I have also posted on social media and provided dates when the videos have been sent over .

We have always paid our rent and have statements to prove it . Speak to the agency if you haven't received it that's what you pay them .

The rental agency have video and photo footage of ongoing damp and deterioration from prior to us signing the lease. How did we cause the roof to leak? Which has been persistently leaking over a period of approx 10 years, hence the damp.

I will say it again just encase anyone missed it. The roof is leaking, get up on the roof and fix it. I'm not doing it and I'm not paying for it.
