They are not leaks the roof is massively compromised. Landlord of p1 has said they will do the work but we have to pay more rent so basically we are paying for the work. I have an email to confirm it.

And bad luck about your speculation about p3 because ..... I already have a lease for it. Miles doesnt own it - took it on Christmas time when we had our working holiday 👍. Its why I picked this building because it all interconnects 👍
